Hey there! This is my story.

I love to bake. But there is just one small problem. I am allergic to a lot of the ingredients in baked goods. Such as wheat, eggs, dairy, and nuts.

Growing up has been a little difficult with my allergies but I have worked around it and just tried to be happy. I also tried to surround myself with people who don't care if I can't eat certain foods, they only care about me as a person.

Luckily for me there is the internet and more people have started writing cook books for those who have a lot of allergies. :)

One of my favorite baked goods are cookies with jam! Yum!

I also like to cook with my mom. We cook a lot of Chinese dishes like shrimp and chicken and a lot of vegetables.

In general I really love food!

As a little girl I did ballet. I really loved driving to dance and putting on my little pink skirt and ballet shoes. After I moved from Michigan, I tried to find a dance studio. Instead I found the New England Sports Academy (NESA) where I do gymnastics. In gymnastics I still got to dance a little but I also got to flip and run and jump.

I started school in Milton when I was in second grade. I made my first friend on the first day when I saw her crying. As I went through the rest of elementary school I made many more.

In fourth grade we got the chance to play an instrument if we wanted to. The teachers came from the high school to give a demonstration. I picked the flute and have continued it through middle school. This year in eighth grade I decided that I also wanted to play the cello so I did and I really enjoy it.
